UK data protection framework
Where UK data protection law applies, Enterprise Data Insight processes personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (“PECR”), and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, as those laws are amended or replaced from time to time.

Lawful bases for processing
Where the UK GDPR applies, we will identify a lawful basis before processing personal information.
